Jeff Hill
Jeff Hill, a husband, a father, stepfather, and grandfather. A man after God’s heart with passion and energy to serve in the Kingdom of God. Jeff has served in the ministry in the capacity of teacher, deacon, men’s leader, mentor, and usher. Having completed the Majoring in Men curriculum, created by Dr. Edwin Louis Cole, Jeff Hill is a commissioned man. Jeff Hill has graduated from the School of Urban Missions with a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies. He is now enrolled and seeking a master's degree in Christian Apologetics from Biola University, the Talbot School of Theology. After being in the plumbing industry for thirty-six years, a master plumber, and business owner for over twenty-six years, He is seeking to transition into full-time ministry, preaching and teaching God’s Word across the globe. His heartfelt desire, goal, and mission, are to express God’s love to the world both by word and in good deeds.
Erma Contreras - Hill
Since our founding, Erma has been a cornerstone of Disciple 4 Life Ministries, bringing a wealth of experience and unwavering dedication to our team. Her extensive background and diverse skill set have been instrumental in our organization’s growth and success. With expertise in strategic planning, project management, and community outreach, Erma has enabled us to extend our reach and make a profound impact on countless lives. Erma’s unwavering commitment to our mission and her genuine passion for serving others embody the core values of our ministry. She approaches each task with enthusiasm and a heartfelt desire to uplift those around her. Her leadership and tireless efforts not only inspire our team but also empower us to carry out our work with excellence. Through her vision and initiative, Erma has been pivotal in launching numerous projects that spread the love of Jesus Christ to those in need. Her ability to connect with people and build strong relationships within the community has helped us create lasting partnerships and foster a spirit of collaboration. As we continue to grow, Erma remains a guiding light, reminding us of the importance of service and compassion in everything we do.
Ruben Jackson
A disciple of Christ, husband, father, and Deacon, Ruben J Jackson has a heart for seeing God’s kingdom advanced on earth. With a passion for discipleship, Ruben is focused on engaging the culture with God’s standards in order to see souls saved. He is a commissioned man having completed the Majoring in Men curriculum created by Dr. Edwin Louis Cole. Ruben works a full-time job to support his family and is also a student at Christ for the Nations Institutions in Dallas, Texas as well as Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas pursuing both a bachelor’s degree in Practical Ministry in addition to Religion and Philosophy. His mission is to be a light in a dark world and be a tool in the hands of God. “If I can do one thing that will be remembered for all of the time, it would be to leave a legacy that will point generations to the love of Christ.”

Tina Jackson
Tina Jackson, graduating as salutatorian, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from SUM Bible College & Theological Seminary. Since 2015, she has served on staff at Turning Point Church in Fort Worth, Texas, and has been the Cohort Advisor for the Fort Worth South SUM campus since 2020. Tina also serves as an adjunct professor. Tina and her husband, Ruben, reside in Burleson, Texas. They have seven children and six grandchildren. Together, they are committed to filling their quiver by raising up followers of Christ (Ps.127:5). Tina's passion and boldness are dedicated to witnessing people experience freedom in Christ through the transformative power of the Holy Spirit, just as she has (Is. 61:1-2).
LISA JARREAU
Lisa's unwavering commitment to serving others and her ability to uplift those around her inspire everyone she works with. Whether she's coordinating events, managing communications, or simply offering a kind word, Lisa's actions reflect her deep faith and compassion. Her presence not only enhances our team dynamic but also helps us achieve our goals with enthusiasm and grace. Lisa's contributions extend beyond her professional skills. She embodies the values of Disciple 4 Life Ministries, fostering a sense of community and connection among our team and the people we serve. Her genuine care for others and her willingness to go the extra mile make a profound impact on everyone she encounters. In a world where positivity and dedication can sometimes be in short supply, Lisa stands out as a beacon of hope and encouragement. Her work ethic, coupled with her vibrant spirit, ensures that our ministry not only functions smoothly but also thrives. We are truly blessed to have Lisa as a part of our team, and her influence is felt throughout every aspect of our work.
FRANK SAADE
Frank Saade, a cherished board member of Disciple 4 Life Ministries, blends a robust professional background with an unwavering passion for serving others. With a BS in Electrical Engineering (1990) and a Masters in International Business (1995), Frank is well-equipped for his diverse career. He began his professional journey as a Project Engineer at Halliburton (1990-1998) and went on to become a successful serial entrepreneur from 1998 to 2019, starting and investing in multiple companies. Currently, he is the Managing Partner at TotalCare. Frank's exceptional skills in strategic planning, risk assessment, and project management have been pivotal in both his professional and ministry roles. Frank's love for Jesus Christ fuels his dedication to Disciple 4 Life Ministries. He has participated in numerous mission trips, extending his hands and heart to communities in need around the world. From constructing homes to providing vital resources, Frank’s actions reflect his deep commitment to living out Christ's teachings. His leadership on the board ensures that our ministry thrives, making a profound impact on countless lives through the power of faith and service. Frank's blend of professional expertise and heartfelt devotion continues to inspire and guide our ministry towards greater heights.
BRENDA CONTRERAS
Brenda Contreras is a dedicated single mother whose professional accomplishments and spiritual lifestyle have significantly impacted her community. Driven by a strong faith and commitment to service, Brenda has successfully founded and managed two diverse businesses. Her first venture was in logistics for oilfield companies, where her leadership ensured the well-being of her employees and the stability of their families. After selling this business, Brenda devoted herself to caring for her daughter, showcasing her prioritization of family and faith. Brenda's entrepreneurial spirit led her to open a tanning salon, further embedding herself in her community. Her roles as the president of the dance team booster and an active member of the chamber of commerce allowed her to network, fundraise, and support local initiatives passionately. Her leadership and organizational skills were instrumental in these roles, demonstrating her ability to inspire and mobilize others. When COVID-19 disrupted her business, Brenda adapted by taking a job at UPS. She quickly rose to become a union steward and safety advocate, defending employee rights and ensuring workplace safety. Brenda's commitment to her colleagues is evident in her personal sacrifices, often providing financial assistance, counseling, and emotional support. Spiritually, Brenda's life is a testament to her faith in God. She has been humbled through mission trips to Mexico and local outreach programs, where she has supported families in need. Her compassion and willingness to serve others extend to housing those in need, caring for the sick, and providing comfort during life's most challenging moments. Brenda Contreras embodies the principles of love, service, and community, making her a vital member of our non-profit ministry. Her journey of faith, resilience, and dedication continues to inspire those around her, reflecting the core values of the ministry she serves.
STEPHEN CLINE
Stephen brings a wealth of experience and a heart for service to our non-profit ministry. With a strong background in Business Strategy, Business Development, B2B, Marketing, Sales, and Team Leadership, Stephen has a proven track record of success in both the corporate world and the non-profit sector. Stephen’s passion for helping others is evident in his past leadership of a non-profit organization dedicated to feeding the homeless and supplying elementary schools with much-needed school supplies. He tirelessly worked to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to service and community building. At Treadstone-USA, Stephen oversees the business operations. His business acumen and dedication to excellence have earned him a stellar reputation among contractors, developers, and architects. Stephen's love for serving others aligns perfectly with our ministry's mission. His strategic vision and compassionate heart drive our efforts to support and uplift communities. Outside of his professional life, Stephen enjoys giving back, embodying the spirit of generosity and kindness that defines our ministry.
